This is our (my son's) Golden Retriever puppy Lexi. She is 10 weeks old now. This is her first outfit. I couldn't find a puppy tutu so I got this in the toy department. This picture was taken as my son played at a friend's house because he would not allow this to happen if he was home. Her wardrobe will have to be hidden only to come out when my son is not home. I'm sure she will be too big soon for many of the little girly outfits. I will have to make some for her when that time comes, even though I have never seen a full grown Golden Retriever in a tutu.Thanks to Beverly of How Sweet the Sound for hosting another Pink Saturday. you know how to get him to accept puppy costumes? Make her an Angelina Jolie Laura Tombraiders costume ... he'll look at them differently from now on! ... or maybe one of Hale's Catwoman outfits.

I am actually chuckling while reading this! Thankfully Lexi is female. When she gets larger you could get children's clothing for her and just snip a slit for her tail.
Oh my GOSH, Sue...Lexi is absolutely the cutest thing EVER! We'll keep the outfit on the "QT". What your son doesn't know, won't hurt him :-)

So So cute! I used to do this to my Pomeranian when she was little. She's 12 now and is having none of it anymore. She's a grupmy old lady and figures she has put in her time.

Lexi is adorable. I have a big fluffy black cat....my daughters named him Dude.....But I love to tie a big satin bow around his neck. He looks so sweet and he allows me to do so. My daughters hate it. :-)
