French Fairy Shadow Box

This is my latest creation. I called her the French Fairy because her wings are from a map of Paris. The image is from  http://www.divasdeste.com.  I think she is very cute. It is one of those things I had half done for a long time.  I love tulle and have been wanting to add it on a shadow box for a while now. It was a little bit of a struggle to get it on there, but I won. The shadow box and the top piece are both wood. My daughter wanted to keep her but she wants to keep everything that is black and white.

Sue,
Thank you for your kind comments on my Valentine's/Vintage cards. I love your work and your blog site. I have been scrapping for a long time and just now crossing over into the altered art world. I love your work and check on you often to see what beautiful work you do.
You have talent.

What a beautiful shadow box. My daughter also wanted everything that was black and white during her years in high school. As a matter of fact, she still wears black and white.!

This is really delightful! I just love it.

I also make tiny theatres/shadow boxes ... and I'd like to post about this one on my blog.

Would you let me know if that's okay with you?

Thanks.
